How much does it resonate with you that YOU are a Human Being?
As you may know, our genetics have been passed down for thousands of years and basically, all of our genes are still
exactly the same. We are biological animals that look similar to monkeys.

Some of the commonalities we share with animals are limbs, bones, hearts, brains, lungs and a nervous system that
connects everything.

We do have one thing that is more advanced compared to other life forms:
- We have an amazing aim (to throw something at a target and to aim for something to achieve).
- We are conscious (self-aware) with the ability to reason, create, direct our own fate.
We also are creatures that can have spiritual experiences. We also have brains that are designed for success and progress
that no other organism in our galaxies have, that we are aware of.

*Just a thought, we are the only known self intelligent organisational creatures in the universe that we know of. Isn’t it
curious how much we know about space and we still haven’t detected any other life forms? We are the only living conscious
creatures we know of, and we are the most unique on our planet. Scaling that to the sheer size of the universe makes me feel so
blessed and motivated to not waste this life we are blessed with, don’t you feel the same?

No matter what body you have been born with or your current situation has led you to have, you still have a body, you still
have the most amazing thing to sit on this earth. The cells and nerve endings in your stomach and brain are more than all
the countable stars astrologist has predicted. That means trillions… do you know how many units a trillion is., think about
1 million for a second: 1,000,000 that is just such a large number right? 1 trillion is: 1,000,000,000,000 that's one million,
millions! Just in cells in either your brian or stomach alone! You have been absolutely blessed beyond belief to even have
some sort of functioning body and experience of being alive. For just simply being you’re amazing.

smile you have ever made. And if no one has ever told you, you are worth so much, you are of so much value and potential value.
If we really are the only life forms we know of, on the only planet in the galaxy to have lifeforms you individual potential value is the
highest worth that will ever be produced.

This always gives me the question, why the fuck would you ever want to be less then you could be, spiritually, mentally and physically.
You have a responsibility to yourself to have the most effective, attractive, strong, muscular enduring and capable body your potential

We were designed to climb trees, hunt, run from being hunted and be on ninja warrior.
Have you seen what gymnasts and some people can do with their bodies? Have you seen a bodybuilder lean as humanly possible?
Do you know what an athlete who takes anti-aging protocols seriously looks like and how healthy, productive and longevity efficient
all their cells and brain are?
I’m not saying you have to be an athlete or be this extreme. But you do have a responsibility to yourself to be your best self.
They are humans, animals just like you putting in their BEST efforts to achieve their BEST potential
You were designed to think, create and make things. You were designed to strategize, create relationships and climb hierarchies.
You were also designed to experience the amazing things this earth and our minds can experience. Are you happy? When was the last
time you had an amazing experience or an amazing feeling? Have you ever thought about that? You should.

Why would you experience anything less?
Let's get physical
Physical exercise is the core of everything else your life revolves around. Physical exercise and fitness is health and it is discipline.
Studies show if your physical fir your more likely to be mentally healthy.
Facts:
- If you physically fit your more adaptable to change
- If you are physically fit you are more likely to be resilient
- If you are physically fit you are more likely to be successful
- If you are physically fit you are more likely to be happy
- If you are physically fit your way less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression
- If you are physically fit you are more likely to get sick less
- If you are physically fit you are more likely to live longer
Step no.1 for your life get fit.
I’m not going to lie to you, getting fit is hard but what isn’t. I think being unfit is harder. If you have constant health problems,
be they mental or physical, 100 bucks says that's weighing you down more than some barbells.

There are no ifs and buts about it, pay someone to PT you.

Change what you are following on social media to a more fitness-based feed.
When you exercise your mind will try every tiny excuse or loophole to get out of it.
- I'm tired

- I did some walking this morning
- I’ll do it tomorrow
- If I do something small now I won't have to do it tonight
- How can I combine these sessions
- I’m hungry
- I haven’t had enough water today
- I have something on in a couple our
- I have work
- I have to clean
- I have family coming over
- I did enough yesterday
- I didn’t get enough sleep last night
- I’m going out tonight
- I won’t get enough sleep tonight
- I’m hungover
- I don’t have access to a gym
- I can’t afford a gym membership
- I can't afford PT
- I don’t get along with PT
- I don’t like the gym environment
- I’ve tried gyms none are for me
- What’s the point I don’t get anywhere
Your mind will create these type of excuses subconsciously try to distract you from getting to the gym.
But what’s worse is when you get to the gym and your mind tries to push you back to get you to stop from exercising.
Exercise is a necessary stressor on your body which signals it to change or grow.
This stress can make you think things such as:
- I’m only doing one more set
- I’m only doing a few more minutes
- If I do this now I won’t have to later
- You’re getting hungry
- What’s on TV
- This happened in your childhood
- You need to do this at work
- Your future could look like this
- If I go hard for 2 more minutes ill stop 10 minutes early
- I think I’m going my hardest
- I’m pumped that will do
- I did my 3 sets of 10
- I set the goal of 30 minutes but I won’t last that long I’ll just stick for 20
- You can change your plan around
- Just rest today you need it
- Your throat feels weird you’re getting sick
- Well my training partner did less
- I’m pushing my self but my arms didn’t go till failure
- I’ll use so much less than the instructor
- Do not go too hard you’ll get too much muscle
- Whats this last set/rep going to do anyway
Every time you fight one of these little thoughts you are a winner.
When you know that the next 5 minutes of your life is going to suck and be in a world of stress as you are agonizing over sprinting and
lifting. When you think what's the point I've pushed my self so hard, nothing in the tank I'm so fatigued I don’t need to do this extra set
and you fight your mind by either screaming back at it or stopping, then pausing to think about what you're doing and do it anyway.

You have just overcome your own brain, that is trying to hold you at a primitive level and won.
Do you know how many people need to experience a win like that?
Whether it's quitting smoking or a substance, asking for a raise, to do the dishes to see the dentist, to overcome a fight with a loved one,
to look after your partner, to get a good job, to be a superstar, to be a normal member of the community.

A win over your own mind starts to breed confidence within yourself, an nd little bit of that goes a long way.
Fighting your own mind is a skill. Your minds are like boxers ready to throw down with you every day. It's your job to set-up your life to
enhance your brain with diet and exercise so you have more willpower to fight it back.

- Eat how the best you would eat, food is medicine.
If you have health problems or unfair defects you have obligation research on them, learn about them and do the best you can with them.
You have the responsibility to not only not give up yourself, to youse your body to the best of its ability.

If you have a functional normal working body, sort out your mind, increase your willpower and supercharge your potential.
You have a responsibility to your friends, family and potential relationships.

You are the only you that ever was and ever will be, be better than the best you.
It all starts with a thought act on it and get after it.
Start working on all your basic needs and your health needs. Get yourself as close as possible to square one and do not give up.
Then self actualize yourself. If you’re on the side of the fence where you are about your health, mind or body, I can promise you this, the grass is greener on the other side.
Not having the best body or best mindset hurts more than embracing your potential.
